As we come to a close of practicing Sabbath, we focus today on Worship. Pastor Mark reminds us how important it is to find rest in the Lord through our worship. Many times we may get 'spiritually constipated' with the word of God, but no, releasing of what was given to us. Worship gives us that opportunity to give back to God, and to honor Him for His goodness.
